To begin any project with Fitz Innovation LLC, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your place on our production schedule and covers all initial planning, research, and setup required to start your project. 

Non-Refundable Deposit 

The deposit is non-refundable, as it compensates for the time and resources dedicated at the start of the project, including: 

• Project planning and strategy Research and asset preparation 

• Administrative setup and system configurations 

If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited.

Remaining Balance 

The remaining 60% balance is due upon completion of the project and before: 

• Final files are delivered 

• Website credentials are released 

• Graphics, automation setups, or digital products are handed off 

Any additions or requests outside the approved project scope may incur extra charges. 

Project Delays & Pauses 

If the project is delayed due to lack of communication, missing content, or other client-related issues: 

• Work will pause after 7 consecutive days with no response 

• The deposit remains non-refundable 

• A restart fee may apply, depending on how long the delay lasts and the work already performed 

Returning Clients 

Returning clients in good standing may qualify for alternative payment structures at the discretion of Fitz Innovation LLC.
